Use of “on the RISE™” images
The “on the RISE™” images are provided to developers and distributors of RISE runtime based applications or applications developed using RISE. It is provided to be used to associate such applications with RISE and RISE to Bloome. They may be used solely to this purpose. By downloading or using any or all of the images, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

You may only display the images on your website or in your application built on the RISE™, and not in any other manner.

 

If on a web site it must always be an active link to www.risetobloome.co or a relevant sub page of that site.

You may not alter the images in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animate, morph, or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance.

Your use may not directly or indirectly imply RISE to Bloome's sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service or infringe any RISE to Bloome’s intellectual property or other rights.

You may link to, but may not replicate, RISE to Bloome content.

You may not present false or misleading information about RISE to Bloome’s products or services.

While you may use the “on the RISE™” images as provided by these guidelines, you may not use any other RISE to Bloome trademarks or any other RISE to Bloome logo or graphic to link to risetobloome.com.

These guidelines do not grant permission to use any other RISE to Bloome logos or trademarks nor do they grant permission for any other purpose.

RISE to Bloome reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the images at any time.

If your use meets the above criteria, no further written permission is required and you may download any or all of the images.
