You are allowed to use the free version RISE Editor Software totally free of charge. For license and version handling and to facilitate the installment and update of the software, Microsoft ClickOnce technology is used (also known as Smart clients). By accepting these terms you allow for the Software to connect and update remotely. The licenses for the free version RISE Editor Software can be used by the licensee on any number of computers.

You are not allowed to alter, reproduce or distribute the free version RISE Editor Software, any part of it, or the attached documentation for any commercial purposes without explicit such authorization by the manufacturer. You are not allowed to use the software or any part of it in any way other than that intended by the manufacturer, without an explicit agreement to that end.

 

The licensing of the product does not in any way include the right to product support or other services from the manufacturer. When new versions of the free version RISE Editor Software are released, these versions are included to the extent that is relevant for the free version RISE Editor Software.

The free version RISE Editor Software is provided on an "as is" basis. The manufacturer disclaims all warranty and liabilities relating to this software, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, any damages whatsoever, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect regarding personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss, due to the use of or inability to use the free version RISE Editor Software. Where applicable jurisdiction does not allow one or more of the limitations, restrictions or other terms of this agreement, the use of the free version RISE Editor Software is not allowed but will constitute an infringement upon international copyright unless a separate and, for the purpose, specific agreement with the manufacturer is met.

The manufacturer reserves the right to alter these terms of use for the free version RISE Editor Software at any time. The manufacturer also reserves the right to separately license any commercial supplementary software and services including but not limited to code generators. Any provisions of this agreement rendered invalid will not render any other provisions of the agreement invalid. Invalid provisions should be replaced by others, equal regarding their economical implications.
