MD5 Data Processor

The MD5 data processor calculates the MD5 sum of the source column data.

The MD5 Message-Digest Algorithm is a widely used cryptographic hash function that produces a 128-bit (16-byte) hash value. Specified in RFC 1321, MD5 has been employed in a wide variety of security applications, and is also commonly used to check data integrity.

Data processor
Name	The name of the data processor currently in use by the selected leaf. To change data processor, select the name property and click on the ellipsis button. Select the appropriate data processor in the form that is displayed.
Settings
Source column	Select a source column containing binary data. The MD5 data processor calculates and returns the MD5 sum of the source column data.
